Conversations Book Club is excited to announce that it's April 2014 book club selection is POETIC METER AND RANDOM PROSE.
Published by FreedomInk Publishing, the book is perfect for National Poetry Month. "I have enjoyed this book since I first heard about it," says Cyrus Webb, President of Conversations Book Club. "With April being the month meant to celebrate the gift of words I thought it was a great time to introduce it to others."

As the United States wraps up celebrating Women's History Month and prepares to usher in April which is recognized as Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Conversations Book Club is excited to host 2 authors who have survived abuse in their lives and are showing others how they can as well.
Authors Darlene Collier (An Unspeakable Secret) and Glenda L. Hunter (An Unspeakable Secret and others) will be signing copies of their books Sat. March 29, 2014 from 1-3p.m. at the Pearl Public Library (2416 Old Brandon Road * Pearl, MS).
"Both of these ladies have come through dark chapters in their lives and are showing women as well as men how their past don't have to define them," says Cyrus Webb, Conversations Book Club President. "We're excited to share their stories with the world and introduce others to their courageous paths."

Conversations Book club is excited to announce that author Kelly Stone's book-signing for her book I DANCE FOR YOU was an absolute success!
"Really excited to see that people came out to support Mississippi's own," says Cyrus Webb, President of Conversations Book Club and host of the event. "Kelly has an amazing gift, and I am glad that others will be able to experience it."
The joy of the event was extended to the fact that though Kelly came in with 2 boxes of books she SOLD OUT in less than 2 hours! "I'm still in shock," she posted on Facebook after the event.
Among those who came out to show their support of Stone were fellow Mississippi authors Glenda L. Hunter and Darlene Collier.
I DANCE FOR YOU takes you into the lives of characters that are dealing with life, love and pursuing your dreams. That is exactly what the author Kelly Stone is doing in seeing how others are responding to the title and the buzz that is growing over the upcoming releases.

Conversations Announces Jan. 2014 Selection: "The Sinners' Garden" by William Sirls
Conversations Media Group President Cyrus Webb is excited to announce his pick for Conversations Book Club online and in-person discussions during the month of January 2014.
"My goal during 2014 is to introduce the world to book that are not just engaging but make the reader think and feel something," says Webb, 38. Over the years he has been able to learn lessons from fiction and non-fiction titles, and he believes the same is true for others as well.
Webb's choice for the month of January 2014 is sure to have lovers of Fiction and Non-Fiction alike coming together to discuss it: THE SINNERS' GARDEN by William Sirls (published by Thomas Nelson).
"William Sirls has a way of telling a story that not only engages the reader but brings them into each situation," Webb explains.
The Mississippi chapter of Conversations Book Club will meet at Appetizers Restaurant (3000 Hwy 80 E * Pearl, MS) on Sat. January 11th @ 1p.m. Then on Thursday Jan. 16th @ 8p.m. et (7p.m. ct/5p.m. pt) Webb will moderate an hour discussion on Conversations LIVE about the book, taking calls and sharing dialogue online at www.blogtalkradio.com/conversationslive. Finally Webb and Nebo Media Group President Charles Clark will discuss THE SINNERS' GARDEN on Sat.
